What have you been doing with you time?<br /><br />You will probably also be wondering what weights to use. For the ladies I recommend 5-10lbs; 15lbs if you are feeling strong. Guys, I would suggest 15-25lbs with 20lbs being your best bet. Thats per dumb bell, not the total weight so don't try any fast ones, (Caputi). We can scout around and see how to set up based on whats around for some of the exercises that need ledges or bars. We're gonna go hard tomorrow so come prepared. Tell your boss you'll be back late and probably be useless for the rest of the day. Have a good snack about an hour before hand. Call your Grandmother and tell her you love her. Water your plants. Kiss your loved ones and double check to make sure your will is in order.<br /><br />I'm excited!
