Are you hitting your goals?

Just wanna brag about the fact that I hit my goal of 70 pushups in one go. Next goal is 80 :)

How are you doing?!?!?!?!?

  2. Thats awesome Mike. 70 consecutive pushups is tough. I can't do it. Nice time there Steph. I'm sure the 2 pull ups are the bigger reward.

    I did 20:42 for a 5K and paid for it the rest of the day. Did a "Comp Sim", (competitive simulation) at the gym last week. It lasted 3 1/2 hours and included 4 workouts. The last of which was an obstacle course. Super awesome! I was on a high after. That is until I woke up the next day and had to have a forklift move me around all day.

  3. I've knocked off about 85 of 150km running this month. The heat is really making it tough! We won't talk about my pull up count...

  4. Can run 16 minutes straight without stopping outdoors..(considering I could barely do 1 minute straight 2 months ago..I'm very proud)My goal is to be able to do 5K by tough mudder.
    Graduating to the maybe-mudder workout today, and the pullups...I'm working on it. I'm going to try for 1 today.

  6. K, so its not the goal i said id set, but ive been running 7km 3 days a week, and ive kinda switched my goal to beef up on cardio instead of pushups. Cardio is my real hurdle, and im kicking its ass. every 3 or 4 days we do 90 flights of stairs.

  7. biggest run so far is 7km, and can do 25 pushups in a go, and biggest pullup accomplishment so far is 5 in a row. Trying to make monkey bars my bitch!
